The lights had gone out for the iconic Melbourne landmark & popular Latin music venue & it was time for The Bullring to be restored to its former glory & a new lease on life.
The demolition of the existing building whilst retaining the heritage listed facade & excavation of a basement car park posed significant construction logistic issues. Together with restricted access to the site, extensive preplanning was the key to delivering a successful project.
The Bullring is now home to a Coles Supermarket, with 4 levels of car parking & 2 office tenances. All of this is housed behind the fully restored heritage facade & is a local favorite.
