This development saw a vacant two-level kindergarten transformed into three-levels of modern strata office space, complete with a facelift and car park upgrade. Located in Richmond, this conversion contains six office suites over three levels, including an impressive top floor with postcard views of the city skyline and Dandenong’s. Each suite contains a kitchenette, car park access and common area amenities. It was rewarding to see the old kindergarten re-emerge as a great contemporary office space after an intensive process of renewal.
