Icon had grown so much over the previous 5 years the office needed upgrading and expansion. Being quite fond of the Richmond-Cremorne area we purchased the adjoining property 110 Cubitt Street, a dilapidated 2 storey warehouse with a northerly aspect and city views. The building now has undercover carparking, a total floor area of 600m2, with Icon’s office spread over levels 1 and 2. The new office has been designed specifically to suit our company and the individuals of Icon. With city views, generous working spaces and a new contemporary feel we are all excited in Icon’s new home.
