What should have been a straight-forward job – five floors of apartments over three levels of offices and parking –became infinitely more complicated by the discovery of an underground ‘river’ the geotech report had somehow missed. But, despite losing seven weeks and having to quickly rethink construction, the project was ultimately delivered on time.
