Converting a derelict carpark to the showpiece of the Moonee Valley Racing Club was a job fit for Icon. Building in an operating facility around endless race days and achieving a tight program. Required precision planning and execution. Now known as the Octagonal Lounge, it incorporates 2 bars, stage presentation area, outdoor viewing deck and the tote.
