The project is made up of a new multipurpose hall and the refurbishment of an existing 3 level brick building. The multipurpose hall is constructed using precast concrete perimeter walls, timber sprung floor and a structural steel roof with acoustic panelling to control the break out noise from the students playing sports, music or having concerts and plays. The refurbishment consists of a full strip out with structural steel elements used to support the existing roof and structure, this refurbishment will make up the administration and classrooms to complete the new King David School Minimbah Campus.
