The Bellagio apartments are situated on Bouverie Street in historic Carlton. Located on the city fringe, the building has the both of best worlds with a short walk to the energentic Swanston Street, & the serenity of Carlton.
The building consists of a 2 level basement car park, retail tenancies on the ground floor & seven levels of residential apartments.
A footprint of 450m2 presented some interesting logistical issues in addition to designing and delivering a building with a 5 star energy rating. The end result was another quality project delivered on time & on budget.
