Situated on the corner of Lonsdale and Foster Streets Dandenong, this highly publicised project is the first project commencing the re-development of business district of the City of Dandenong. It occupies the old Mitre 10, Arkana site of approximately 3,000 sqm and has had huge support from the Victorian Government and is under the control of Vic Urban.  The development comprises 2 buildings. The facades are constructed from a combination of pre-cast panels, glass facades and architectural features and finishes. The structure comprises CFA piles, concrete footings and columns, post tensioned slabs and a structural steel roof. The site will be serviced by a tower crane.  Block A is over 6 levels and consists of: retail space to the Ground floor 176 car parks, over 3 levels (Ground – Level 2) 3 levels of office space (Levels 3 – 5) each with approximately 950 sqm of clear floor area.  The base building will have a 4.5 ABGR rating.  Block B is over 8 Levels and will be a mixture of serviced apartments, commercial office space and retail: Punt Hill Apartments occupies the bulk of the ground floor with Reception, back of house, gymnasium, spa and commercial kitchen. Level 1 provides conference / functions rooms with a break out area and kitchen.
