Take two old buildings. Make them into one by marrying up different floor levels.
Add an extra storey to each despite them being out of square. Maintain site
access while constructing a central staircase and courtyard. Allow for a design
that constantly changes because every “assumption” is proved wrong by actual
conditions. Still deliver 30 apartments on time. Impossible? Never!
