A six level iconic building in a planned $200m commercial precinct redevelopment, ‘Forest Hill’. The completed project incorporates a 3 level basement carpark, ground level showroom for Dutton Prestige Cars, 4 levels of strata title offices and a penthouse apartment to level 5. The 1500m2 footprint has a multi faceted façade. It combines specialist precast panels infilled with frameless glass. The completed project represents a significant architectural statement.
