A born-again Richmond factory, this existing building was subdivided into
four smaller factories/offices. During the conversion we added a new second
level to red brick facade factory. By subdividing the factory we attracted
smaller businesses looking to own their own factories, rather than lease.
It was a huge success because it turned an outmoded factory into a modern
and multi-faceted commercial space.
