Following on from 534 Bridge Road, Icon continue to collaborate with the Saade Group in delivering high end apartments in the ever popular Bridge Road precinct of Richmond. Apartments will be adorned with high end furnishings, timber floors to living spaces and generous balcony spaces.
The building consists of a double basement and six levels above ground. Retail space occupies the Ground floor, with the balance of the building containing a mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The facade is a mix of light weight "extruded boxes" and precast, to give a very definitive design.
