Bridge Road Richmond consists of a two level basement, ground floor retail tenancy of 1000m2, with four levels of office space totalling an area of 3,500m2. The project difficulties commence in the ground with the removal of 30,000m3 of basalt rock. The structure is reinforced post tensioned concrete with a precast concrete lift core. The façade consists of an array of finishes including alucabond, glazing and Prodema Wood Panelling, to give the building a modern and sharp effect. The design also incorporates current Environmental Design Development philosophies and achieves a 4 star rating.
