50 Claremont St, South Yarra is a 19 storey residential tower located 400m from the Yarra River and 500m from Toorak Road, South Yarra’s busy shopping and café strip.
The 14 storey tower component sits atop a 6 level podium addressing Claremont Street designed on Italian rationalist principles overlaid with the geometry of the golden section tower facades present strong grids on all elevations. A sky garden falls down the west façade providing a landscaped vertical element of green to the rationalist grid.
The apartment levels are to be served by two lifts and the corridors on all apartment levels are open at the west end, allowing natural light and fresh air via the sky-gardens.
