200 Toorak Road comprises of 40 residential apartments located within the
hub of Toorak Road shopping district, situated on the old ‘Café Venice’ site.
The project again had challenges including tight access from Toorak Road to
access the construction site located at the rear of the property. Construction
of the 8 level building took place whilst 15 businesses continued to operate.
The contemporary apartments sit well within the precinct, with the northern
curtain wall façade being the show piece from Toorak Road.
