An iconic part of the new Windsor landscape, this residential/commercial
development represents a feat in town planning and design. Working closely
with Neometro, we built a four level development that not only underscores
the recent renaissance in Windsor, but adds its own distinct presence.
Comprised of four levels, 35 one and two bedroom apartments, five
shops and a basement car park, this development draws on its northern
orientation to deliver quiet and spacious apartment living only metres
above busy downtown Chapel St.
