At first glance this seems to be a relatively straight forward mixed use development, consisting of a three level basement, ground floor retail with five levels of office space and an existing substation on the front third of the site which could not be demolished until the replacement substation was built in the basement. The project presented many challenges, all of which were overcome to ensure delivery of the project on time and to budget.
