A serviced apartment complex incorporating two restaurants on the ground floor,
including all of the relevant service facilities with the 1st and 2nd floor comprising
37 serviced apartment rooms. Once again the project is a Design and Construct
contract for Icon where we have been involved throughout the design to ensure
the project meets the client’s budget expectation.
The external design of the building blends in with the residential surroundings as
per the Town Planning requirements. The location of the building on the corner of
Warrigal and Dandenong Roads has made for thorough construction management
and traffic management plans to ensure the client’s construction timeframe is met.
