Sometimes you can change the scenery without going anywhere - as is the case with 134 Buckhurst St. Reinvented after a serious wholesale refurbishment, this complex now boasts all the facilities you’d expect in a modern Melbourne office space. Undergoing much more than a makeover, the entire 7000m2, two-level building was stripped out and refurbished from the ground up with new shopfront glazing, lifts, ceilings, mechanical, floor coverings and toilets. It took 10 months to transform this building from a dated and dysfunctional office block into a modern and elegant business environment.
