From modest beginnings in 1997, Icon now turns over around 90 million dollars a year and employs around 45 people. Of course, it's the people we work with that make a real difference to the success of our business. It's only through their ongoing commitment and reliability that Icon can continue to lead the way in quality, commercial construction and development.

No matter how complex or involved a vision might seem, we'll make it happen on time and to budget, delivering quality outcomes every time. We can say this with confidence because at Icon planning is everything. Our meticulous pre-planning procedures ensure that construction is sequenced, cost overruns avoided and expectations managed.

As a medium-sized construction company, Icon takes great pride in being able to offer much more than you'd expect from a 'boutique' construction business. Our approach is simple and our principles uncompromising. Every project must satisfy the highest standards of professionalism, communication, value, thinking and satisfaction.

That's how we do business.

Professionalism.
Icon turns over around $90 million a year and employs about 45 people. But our size belies our expertise in management, design, industrial relations, financial control and occupational health and safety.

Communication.
Direct contact is essential to achieving a client's goals. Icon staff are always approachable, can explain themselves and like working with clients.

Added value.
Whether a fixed sum contract or a negotiated tender, Icon works diligently to find economic alternatives throughout the design and development process.

Thinking.
Icon spends weeks pre-planning before building begins. Thus, problems are anticipated, construction accurately sequenced and, ultimately, cost overruns avoided.

Satisfaction.
Icon prides itself on delivering complex visions within time and budget: achieving both an architect's desires and an acceptable commercial outcome for a client. It's why so many Icon clients recommend us, and engage us again.
